Shipping Policy

Our standard delivery is two -four business days (weekdays). Delivery in Scandinavia and Europe varies from five- nine business days.

You will receive an e-mail from Bring with a trackinglink to your delivery.

​

Alternative pick-up points: You can pick up your delivery in Molde, Stjørdal and Finnsnes without any costs. More information about pick-up points and shipping costs in FAQ.

Return & Exchange Policy

REGRETS

You have the right to regret the purchase in accordance with the Norwegian law : Angrerettloven. It provides you the right to regret your purchase with us within 14 days of receiving the item. The period starts the day after you received the item in your physical possession. If the shipment comes in different shipments, the deadline runs from when you received the last shipment.

 

To approve the return, the product must be unused in its original packaging. Please do not tape or write directly on the original packaging.

This is what you do:

Download the right of withdrawal form at the bottom of the website and send the withdrawal form to post@rockmann.no

Use the same packaging in which you received the goods. Attach the return label that came with our shipment.

​

Deliver the return at the nearest delivery point at Bring. 

 

REIMBURSMENT

If your product is damaged or it turns out not to have the quality we have promised, you have the right to send it back to us. Use the same procedure as described over. Have you lost your return label? Do not worry. We will pay your costs.

 

PAYMENT METHODS AND REFUNDS:

Our payment methods are Visa, Mastercard and Vipps.The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. Standard refund periode is two-four workdays by card or Vipps.
